For any custom stamps or engraving that includes a logo or image, we require artwork to be sent in black and white (no greyscale or shading) vector format (such as an AI, EPS, SVG, or high-resolution PDF). The quality of the final product directly depends on the quality of the artwork provided. Clean, high-resolution vector files will always produce the best results.
